Papirfly continues to expand and strengthen its position as brand management market leader with acquisition of French DAM market leader Keepeek SA

Papirfly has today announced its acquisition of Keepeek, the French market leader in Digital Asset Management (DAM). The market for DAM is expected to grow by 10% CAGR globally, reaching €1.3 billion by 2026. This acquisition is part of Papirfly’s ongoing efforts to expand and strengthen its position as leading innovators of brand management solutions within Europe. Papirfly Group, which is majority owned by European growth investor Verdane, helps customers including BMW, Unilever, Vodafone and IBM deliver consistent branding across locations.

With Keepeek’s capabilities and knowledge within the DAM space – particularly in French speaking Europe, Papirfly will be able to provide its customers with an even stronger offering, allowing them to create, manage and deploy their digital assets efficiently and across geographies. This acquisition is a significant step forward in Papirfly’s mission to empower customers to deliver a consistent brand experience – on a global scale, across all channels, efficiently and with maximum impact.

We are thrilled to welcome Keepeek to the Papirfly family. Acquiring Keepeek is a crucial step in our strategy to fortify and expand our position as the top provider of brand management software in Europe. This move is set to bolster our competitive edge, not least in France and French speaking Europe, and ensure that we strengthen our leadership status in the industry

We’re delighted to back Papirfly’s acquisition of Keepeek, France’s market leader in Digital Asset Management (DAM). This marks our second acquisition with Papirfly since Verdane’s investment in early 2022, and with Verdane’s backing Papirfly will cement market leadership through further acquisitions in key European geographies. Paired with the company’s impressive organic growth, this ambitious strategy will put Papirfly on track to become Europe’s go-to brand management platform.”
