She is a speaker and co-writer on Employee Experience and Talent Brand topics and has teached “Employer Branding” in Corporate Happiness MBA programs in Portugal as also “Networking” and “Strategic Vision for Career Plan” modules at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics in Portugal.

With the interest of bridging DEI-perspectives into digital transformation processes, Melanie also spearheads innovative projects as a Marketing Executive at GovMarket, a platform pioneering as an e-commerce space for governmental procurement. As a mother of 2, she has a passion for lifelong learning and youth development in underserved communities.
